1. How to order?

Follow the steps until finished, and please complete your payment as soon as possible to avoid cancellation. We will send your invoice via email, right after you made your order. Please check your junk/spam as well. 

2. How is your sizing? Do you accept custom order for plus size?

Almost of our items are available in XXS, XS, S, M, L and XL.  Yes, we do accept custom orders for plus size (Bigger than XL or smaller than XS), and cutting, for GOLD Members upwards.

3. How to submit designs?

Simply email your design to or send it through Whatsapp/ Line. Please elaborate, what kind of fabrics, color and size do you prefer.


4. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Cards. 

5. Do you ship worldwide?  How much is the cost?

No. Currently, we only ship to Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. Shipping cost depends on your location.

Free deliveries or subsidies of Rp 9000 for orders above Rp 299 900. This priviledge only apply to orders from Indonesia.

6. After I confirm my payment, will you ship the items on the same day?

We ship our customers orders every working days (Monday-Friday), but please note that we ship order H+3 from payment confirmed.

7. When will I receive my order?

Domestic orders are usually estimated 3-5 days to arrive, while international order are estimated 10-15 days to arrive.
